Our goal is to help you Rep Culture quickly. You will receive an order confirmation email then a second email when the order is marked shipped. Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update upon receiving the shipping confirmation. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email after placing an order, please click the link and fill out the Contact Us page to let us know if you have any issues with your order or email us customerservice@werepculture.com.  

We currently do no ship outside of the United States, but working to do so!

PLEASE READ: Include the email used for your order and details on why you would like to return or exchange. Returns will be accepted for items within 30 days of purchase with the exception of final sale items. All products must be unused and in the same condition you received. For returns, customers will be reimbursed to the same payment method use which should take between 3-5 business days from the day the return is processed. A FREE shipping label will be generated upon request of a return or exchange.
